As most of our products are print on demand or personalised, please be patient on slightly longer than usual wait time. For pre-order items, the delivery time is longer and estimate delivery time will be stated on product description.

How to check delivery status?
Our system will email or SMS the tracking link once the consignment note is generated. At times we might generate the consignment note a few days earlier to prepare for packing. You may need to wait up to 24-72 hours for the tracking to be updated.
Need changes? Made a mistake?
You might have changed your mind with your order. You might have just noticed that teeny-weeny mistake on your shipping address. We understand all kind of things could go wrong sometimes!
DON'T PANIC! Please do get in touch with us as soon as possible & we promise to do our best to straighten things out!

Customs Duties & Taxes
High value orders may impose a custom duties and taxes charge that are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online in countries other than Malaysia. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and to be borne by them.
Exchange & Return
Just a kind reminder that all our outfits and products are made to order, so we do not accept returns for size changes. However, in circumstances where the size is incorrectly ordered, we can provide you a good discounted rate for replacements.
For items that arrive to you with defects or in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, we will do a direct 1 for 1 replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement.
ATTENTION!! All Sales, Promotional and Discounted items (including custom print items) are not entitled for an exchange.
